Overview
The University of Missouri Office Of Disability Services (ODS) provides services and information that enable students to participate fully in the learning experience and be evaluated on the bases of their abilities.
These services include:
Strong emphasis is placed on student responsibility and independence.
Students receiving services must be
registered with ODS and provide appropriate
documentation of their disability. Students must request accommodations at the beginning of each semester. Students must allow a period of 7 business days following registration before they can expect all accommodations to be implemented.
Services are also provided for students with temporary disabilities who
register and provide documentation.
